We demonstrated the optimized performance and parameter adjustments of our Raschel warp knitting machine to the client. The optimization resulted in increased production efficiency and enhanced product consistency.
The team addressed the clients’ questions regarding equipment operation on-site, sharing practical usage insights and offering recommendations for optimizing production processes.
The engineer explained troubleshooting methods for the machinery and how to maintain long-term, stable equipment operation.
We provided instruction on the maintenance of wear parts and guided the customer in performing routine machine maintenance.

Following the site visit, we reached a long-term cooperation agreement with a local client, committing to establish a long-term technical support mechanism and to continuously provide technical upgrades and after-sales service.
We will continue to visit customers in India, provide regular technical support and equipment training, while helping customers quickly resolve production issues.
We arrange for engineers to be stationed in India every month to provide on-site services to customers, and we plan to establish a more efficient and responsive after-sales service system.
